Great location and had great deals. 25% off taco Tuesdays and the food is delicious. The chorizo and Barbacoa were delicious. The fajitas were also good with the melted cheese on top. Meat is seasoned very well and wasn’t over cooked. Had multiple meals over time here. The service is great and the location is somewhat new and very clean. Bathrooms are nice and clean as well. Outside seating is available.

The atmosphere is amazing! Such a beautiful back patio that is well covered and not too hot. The service is fast and all of the staff is super sweet. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

We loved this restaurant! It had a nice dining area with bright lights and good energy. A little on the loud side but we didn’t mind. The food was incredible we started with the queso fondito and it did not disappoint! The cheese was melty and the chorizo was packed with flavor. We also purchased the chips and salsa and thoroughly enjoyed it !! I ordered the mole enchiladas and was very impressed with the flavor of the sauce. One of the best mole I have had in a long time. The rice and beans were also high quality. The margs were delicious as well !!!! And to top it off it was very reasonably priced ! Two apps two entrees and three margs and it was around 100 bucks. I would highly recommend checking this place out

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and fabulous service! The Baja fish tacos are my favorite. The large patio in the summer is also really fun, with live music on weekends. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Our family enjoyed a great dinner here! Great GF selection, the kitchen handled celiac needs well. The diverse menu offers something for everyone! Crisp and delicious flautas, simple street tacos with great flavor and rice and beans that were not just a side, but an enhancement. The cochinita pibil was milder than the version we enjoyed in the Yucatan, but lacked for nothing! And the bacon wrapped, jalapeno stuffed camarones on a bed of rice and succulent peppers was comfort food at its best. The kitchen made one small mistake with our order, our waiter noticed and replaced the dish before we had time to ask. As we were getting ready to leave, clean plate club all around, the chef delivered a tray of sizzling fajitas to a nearby table. We all agreed we'd return and try those next visit. Fuego Azul is the best cuisine in our area!

I just moved to CO form CA and been wanting to find some good Mexican food and here it is! Great flavor, everything is fresh, and the margs are to die for! Everything is made fresh here from fresh squeezed lime and lemon juice to handmade tortillas. The price reflects the value in my opinion.

Excellent experience. Arturo (the bartender) was on top of it and friendly. The food (Pastor tacos and Quesaberria) was authentic and delicious. Pricing was somewhere between inexpensive and reasonable. You won't regret trying it.

Wow!! The food was so delicious. Felt as if I was back in Mexico City. A true authentic experience.I ordered their MOLCAJETE for my buddy and I. My girlfriend ordered their veggie enchiladas with vegan cheese on top and absolutely loved them! ( it’s usually quite difficult to find restaurants for her because she’s vegetarian but they had tons of options for her to choose from. ). The “ Perfect margarita “ was to DIE FOR all fresh ingredients. We also had their Skinny margarita and Coin margarita. Loved this place & will definitely be returning. Especially once it’s warm enough to sit out on their patio!!
